Apparently. Silly me, when I said a "guild", I was refering to exactly what you get when you go into the game and fork over 100 gold to the guild registrar and ask him to create a guild. I was unaware that, in your post, you meant something other than what the game itself refers to as a "guild" when you said "guild".

Given this, we do in fact agree -- once you redefine the terms "guild" and "character" as you have, your original statements were indeed true. Indeed, if one is allowed complete freedom of redefinition, all statements are true. My apologies for not immediately divining your correct meaning.
